Exam Stress

Stress is a normal part of life. Some situations, like exams, are more stressful than others.  A psychologist can assist the youngster cope with exam stress and help make a difference to their overall well-being. Anxious children and adolescents are especially more vulnerable at exam time. Teens that are “perfectionists “ are also under additional stress at this time which can be debilitating and have far reaching consequences.
